About The Position

The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora at Destiny USA supports the store during peak hours and high-traffic periods, delivering world-class customer experiences and helping achieve individual and store sales goals. The associate shares product knowledge, inspires customers to style their jewellery, builds authentic connections and brand loyalty, and supports store operations and merchandising standards. The schedule varies according to business needs and may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, with increased availability expected during peak times. Hours may range from approximately 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons. Peak periods include evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and product launches. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to sell in a results-oriented manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with hours varying according to business needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive to work on time.
