About The Position

The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlets store delivers a world-class customer experience, works to exceed sales goals, and finds engaging ways to attract customers. The associate shares product knowledge, helps customers style jewellery, and represents Pandora as a brand ambassador. This flexible, part-time role provides additional support during peak hours, high-traffic periods, special events, and other times when store coverage is needed. Hours vary with business needs and may range from four hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons. Peak periods include evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and product launches. A pre-employment assessment will be emailed after the application is submitted.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Demonstrate results-oriented selling ability.
• Have effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Be available for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with availability during peak business periods.
• Be able to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
