About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide an authentic, energetic customer experience and help customers find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, learn about their needs, and recommend eyewear suited to their lifestyles and preferences. The role includes meeting sales targets, providing accurate transactions using technology, collaborating with coworkers and leadership, and maintaining a clean, organized, visually appealing store. Associates contribute to an inclusive and respectful environment for customers and colleagues and develop their skills through hands-on training.

Requirements
