About The Position

The Sales Associate role is a non-safety sensitive position with a tentative start date of August 24th, 2026. During the initial two weeks of training, the pay rate is $20/hr. Following training, the compensation will be $20/hr. or commission, whichever is greater, for the first 90 days. After this introductory period, the role transitions to a straight commission structure with uncapped earning potential. The schedule is flexible, and the role offers a fun work environment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift merchandise of 40lbs.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to listen and respond to customer’s needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Positive attitude when working with internal and external customers.
• Knowledge of employment and merchandise handling procedures.
• Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.
• Lifting up to 40 lbs rarely, and/or up to 10 lbs occasionally to move objects.
