About The Position

Little Words Project is hiring Sales Associates for its Pop-Up experience at Disney California Adventure in Anaheim, starting in November. The role involves connecting with guests, sharing the brand’s mission, recommending meaningful products, and creating memorable shopping experiences. Associates support sales and store operations by handling checkout, maintaining the sales floor, assisting with inventory and merchandising, and collaborating with the team during busy periods.

Requirements

Strong communication skills and enjoyment of connecting with guests and working as part of a team.
A natural sales mindset, including an enjoyment of making recommendations and helping guests find meaningful products.
A positive, flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to find solutions.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak business periods as needed.
Belief in and enthusiasm for Little Words Project’s mission.

Nice To Haves

Retail experience is preferred.
Disney park experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Connect with guests, share the Little Words Project mission, and make personalized product recommendations.
Process POS transactions accurately and answer guest questions.
Contribute to store sales goals and KPIs through recommendations, guest engagement, and customer service.
Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually inviting.
Assist with inventory intake, product replenishment, visual merchandising, and clienteling.
Help capture authentic in-store moments and support an engaging brand experience.
Collaborate with the team and assist wherever needed during busy periods.
Perform other duties as directed by the Store Leader or other store leadership.
