About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide customers with an authentic, energetic shopping experience while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, offer tailored recommendations based on customers’ lifestyles and preferences, and contribute to sales goals. Associates receive hands-on training and collaborate with colleagues and leadership to provide service and maintain a positive team environment. They also help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, and foster an inclusive and respectful experience for customers and colleagues.

Requirements
