About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates create an authentic, energetic customer experience while helping customers find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, understand their needs, and recommend eyewear suited to their lifestyles and preferences. Associates receive hands-on training and collaborate with experienced professionals, teammates, and leadership to deliver excellent service and contribute to a supportive store environment. They also help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, and foster an inclusive and respectful experience for customers and colleagues.

Requirements
