About The Position
The Sales Associate shares Orangetheory Fitness’s story and promotes fitness to prospective and current clients. The role welcomes people entering or contacting the studio, explains the Orangetheory concept, and helps prospective clients experience their first workout. The associate supports studio membership sales, follows up with prospects, participates in marketing and outreach events, and helps keep the studio clean and organized. Orangetheory describes its workout as a one-hour, full-body heart-rate-zone and strength-training class designed to improve fitness, strength, confidence, and overall well-being. Specific duties and selection requirements may vary by studio location.
Requirements
- Be passionate and positive, and able to communicate comfortably with a wide range of people.
- Thrive as part of a team.
- Have excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and in writing.
- Have enthusiasm for fitness and for sharing its role in a healthy lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
- Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, including introductory consultations.
- Give studio tours.
- Work with trainers to guide prospective clients through their first Orangetheory workout.
- Sell memberships to support the studio.
- Follow up with prospective clients.
- Participate in marketing and outreach events.
- Keep all areas of the studio clean and organized.
