About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you’ll help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will assist customers in selecting eyewear suited to their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted by state law; and educate customers about eyewear and contact lens care. You will also maintain customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming phone calls, keep the store clean and organized and maintain visual merchandising standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention procedures. Additional duties may be assigned. Duties and work practices may vary by location to meet state licensing or credential requirements. The position is part-time. Stores are closed every Sunday. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; one or more years of retail or customer service experience is preferred. The role calls for multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
