About The Position

Clarks is hiring seasonal, part-time Sales Associates to join its team. Sales Associates deliver positive sales performance, provide excellent customer service, organize merchandise and back stock, and help maintain a compelling store environment. They represent the Clarks brand, follow loss-prevention procedures, and contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate.
• Exemplify the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for all colleagues.
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
