About The Position

As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you are a brand ambassador who creates authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journey through personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an inviting store by keeping merchandise organized and properly placed on the sales floor. Working with your team, you create personalized customer experiences and support a welcoming sales-floor environment.

The role involves using brand behaviors and product knowledge to build customer loyalty, maintaining visual and operational standards, and using technology and available tools to support promotions and a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. You also partner with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations, and build productive relationships by sharing ideas and helping others.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
