About The Position
Hamshaw Lumber is a family-run business that provides quality building supplies and exceptional customer service to Southwestern New Hampshire, North Central Massachusetts, and beyond. This is a part-time, year-round position responsible for servicing customers in a retail lumber and building materials location. You must have solid customer service skills for counter and store sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong people skills and a positive team attitude. The right person must be detail-oriented with knowledge or interest in selling lumber, millwork, and building materials. Previous experience with builders or contractors is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for waiting on customers in person, on the phone and via email
- Processes orders and quotes for building materials requested by customers
