STIIIZY is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sales Associates to join their team in California's growing cannabis market. The company's mission is to provide an exceptional one-stop shop cannabis experience with outstanding customer service and a diverse product range, aiming to build long-term customer loyalty. STIIIZY is a leading cannabis brand, recognized as the best-selling vape brand and overall best-selling brand in California, with expanding operations nationwide and globally. Sales Associates are crucial brand ambassadors, understanding that retail serves as a billboard for the brand. They are expected to be professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable, creating positive customer relationships and building a loyal customer base through their expertise and sales-oriented approach.

Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • High school diploma
  • Hiring preference will be given to those candidates with open availability
  • Open availability is defined as the ability to work all hours required without restrictions, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
  • All employees must be able to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday), but management reserves the right to assign days depending on workforce needs

  • Promote an environment and culture that is focused on positive and healthy interactions that align with the Company’s core values
  • Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis
  • Demonstrate an elevated level of cannabis knowledge and curate experiences that go beyond expectations
  • Create intentional experiences for customers by building authentic relationships; exceed the customers' expectations by delivering exceptional service
  • Drive customer visit goals and increase the number of returning customers; successfully achieve sales goals and business metrics
  • Pick & pack orders
  • Accurately handle cash transactions by operating the point-of-sale system, maintaining precise register
  • Seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results daily
  • Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures
  • Be knowledgeable around company communication, rollouts, directives, and procedures
  • Abide by all company policies and programs
  • Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, state and DCC laws and regulations
  • Other duties may be assigned
