About The Position

This role is for a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at the Stonestown Galleria location. The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging customers. This role is designed to fit your lifestyle, with flexibility to work during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches) and support store operations. You will share product knowledge, inspire customers to style their jewellery, and create unforgettable shopping moments. A job assessment will be emailed upon application submittal.

Requirements

Results-oriented seller.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
At least 18 years or older.
Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Timely arrival to work.
