As a Sales Associate, you are a welcoming presence in a customer-centered environment grounded in hospitality. You help customers connect with the brand through genuine conversations, product knowledge, and personalized service. You also support store performance and operations by assisting with merchandising, inventory replenishment, organization, and maintaining brand standards.
Requirements

- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Team-player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
- Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a customer-centered experience that reflects the company’s culture of hospitality.
- Initiate authentic conversations to understand customers’ needs and provide personalized service.
- Use available tools to create a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs.
- Stay accountable to personal goals and contribute to overall store performance.
- Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
- Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
- Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
