About The Position

As an Oakley Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences by meeting sales goals and providing personalized eyewear and apparel recommendations. You will help customers find products suited to their needs, lifestyles, and preferences, while using your product knowledge and passion to support their performance. The role includes hands-on training and collaboration with experienced professionals, teammates, and leadership. You will help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.

This is a part-time position for an existing vacancy at the Outlet Shoppes Of Bluegrass. Pay is determined by factors including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may also be offered.
