About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for its Express store at Town Square Las Vegas. The Sales Associate provides a great in-store shopping experience for retail customers and assists with tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. The role includes maintaining a clean and organized store, following safety procedures, supporting product launches, processing transactions, resolving customer-service issues, and promoting credit and loyalty programs. Applicants should have a high school education or equivalent, at least six months of relevant experience, technology proficiency, and availability that includes nights, weekends, and non-business hours. Previous retail experience is preferred.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• At least six months of relevant job experience; the posting lists 0–2 years.
• Proficiency using technology, including iPads and registers.
• Availability that meets defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, sales leadership, and associates.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room so the store is safe and inviting.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues positively, determine a resolution or escalate as appropriate, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Explain the benefits of credit and loyalty programs and encourage customers to participate.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise, and other tasks as directed by a supervisor.
