About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, maintains store presentation, and supports daily sales operations during peak seasons. The role contributes to an enjoyable and efficient shopping experience for MINISO USA customers while supporting store goals and visual merchandising standards. The associate greets customers, answers questions, recommends products, helps locate merchandise, and handles inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy. They maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor; replenish inventory; restock shelves; and follow visual merchandising guidelines. The role also involves accurately operating the cash register and POS system, handling payment transactions, promoting and enrolling customers in the MINISO Membership Program, applying promotions, and checking inventory. The associate follows store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, supports management and team members with assigned tasks, and maintains a professional, respectful, and collaborative attitude.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
Strong verbal communication skills for clear and effective customer interactions.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
Adherence to store policies and procedures.
Reliability demonstrated through consistent attendance and punctuality.
