About The Position
Psycho Bunny is a premium quality, vibrant clothing brand with over 200 points of sales worldwide, aiming to redefine bold standards in retail. As a seasonal associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer experience by creating personalized relationships, understanding customer desires and needs, and utilizing product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction. This role will support stores during the Tennis Canada season.
Requirements
- Possess an outgoing and fun personality.
- Demonstrate a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Can work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Have strong communication skills and can foster a customer-focused selling culture.
Responsibilities
- Fully understand computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions, such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
- Employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term relationships with customers, focusing on building sales.
- Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion and capturing customer phone and email.
- Assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Support the sales floor team on replenishment, recovery, and selling.
- Become familiar with all stock loss and security procedures and ensure attention to these at all times.
- Assist with all other duties as required by store management.
