About The Position

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. The role helps customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispenses eyeglasses and contact lenses and provides lens training as permitted by state law; and educates customers on eyewear and contact lens care. The associate also maintains accurate customer and patient records, communicates order status, answers incoming phone calls, keeps the store clean and organized and visually merchandised to brand standards, and supports inventory control and loss prevention procedures. Sundays are off because the store is closed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
