About The Position
As a Sales Associate, you represent Von Maur and contribute to its reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You help create a lasting impression through customers’ shopping experiences by providing service, developing customer relationships, sharing product knowledge and store services, and supporting the department’s appearance and sales goals. This role is for weekends only, with availability needed for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers sincerely, be friendly, and thank every customer.
- Develop customer relationships to grow business.
- Highlight product knowledge and store services to create a positive customer experience.
- Ring POS transactions and key account information.
- Maintain a visually appealing and clean department.
- Achieve individual sales and account goals.
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
