About The Position
As a Sales Associate, you represent Von Maur and contribute to its reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You create a lasting impression on customers’ shopping experiences by providing attentive service, building customer relationships, sharing product and store-service knowledge, and supporting the appearance and sales goals of your department. The position is weekends only and requires availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts. Responsibilities
- Greet customers sincerely, be friendly, and thank every customer.
- Develop customer relationships to grow business.
- Share product knowledge and information about store services to create a positive customer experience.
- Process POS transactions and enter key account information.
- Maintain a visually appealing and clean department.
- Achieve individual sales and account goals.
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
