About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects WHBM’s culture of hospitality. You’ll work with a team to foster genuine customer connections, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service. The role contributes to store performance and an inspiring, organized store environment through customer service, merchandising, inventory replenishment, and teamwork.

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

• Use available tools to create a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs.

• Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Support a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
