About The Position

As a Sales Associate at HEYDUDE, you help create memorable consumer experiences and support the store team in meeting its goals. The role involves sharing product and brand information, promoting in-store offers, and assisting across store departments to provide a seamless shopping experience. You will collaborate with Store Management, contribute to a positive team culture, and follow HEYDUDE policies and procedures.

The work includes customer service and sales, POS system management, merchandising, product placement and visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Physical requirements include moving and arranging merchandise, using ladders while carrying merchandise, lifting 30 pounds or more with assistance, and remaining on your feet and moving around the store for at least eight hours per shift. Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours; regular attendance and punctuality are essential.
• A team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment between the backroom and sales floor; place and arrange items on shelves and racks; climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandise; lift 30 pounds or more with assistance; and remain on feet and continuously move around the store for at least eight hours per shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a duration of time.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens, and input information into a computer.

• Stay informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and share relevant information with consumers as a brand ambassador.
• Follow HEYDUDE policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
