About The Position
Wine & Beyond is Western Canada’s largest liquor store, known for its incredible selection, unique product offerings, and excellent customer service. This role is for a motivated and dependable Sales Associate who brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. The position offers training to succeed and is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, teamwork, and a fast-paced environment. The Sales Associate supports daily store operations by ensuring customers have a great experience and the store remains clean, organized, and compliant.
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Valid ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift
- Reliable, positive, and willing to support the team to meet shared goals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations
- Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts
- Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks
- Check customer ID to verify legal purchasing age
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
