About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates create an authentic, fun, and energetic experience for customers while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, recommend eyewear suited to individual needs and preferences, and contribute to sales goals and lasting customer relationships. Associates receive hands-on training and work with experienced professionals and store leadership to provide service and support a positive team environment. They also help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, and promote an inclusive, respectful experience for customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for helping others and creating positive customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort using technology to enhance the customer experience and accuracy with transactions.
• Self-motivation, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in eyewear and fashion trends, and ability to help customers find a suitable look.
