Sales Associate Swarovski- Silver Legacy
About The Position
Responsible for all sales with the assigned shop. Associates must maintain accurate money handling and proficiency on the cash register, maintain end-of-shift paperwork and closing procedures, meet all sales goals as directed, and participate in physical inventories. They are responsible for unpacking incoming freight as soon as possible, counting and checking against the packing slip, and maintaining the cleanliness of their respective shop. The role requires demonstrating excellent salesmanship while maintaining a warm and friendly atmosphere, adhering to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI Compliance), and exemplifying core values, family style service, mission, vision, and DEI culture. Other job-related duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to perform basic math
- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff
- Ability to understand and comply with all Company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures
- Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
