Seasonal Part-Time Sales Associate
About The Position
The Seasonal Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, maintains store presentation, and supports daily sales operations during peak seasons. The role contributes to an enjoyable and efficient shopping experience for MINISO USA customers while supporting store goals and visual merchandising standards. The Sales Associate assists customers with product questions, suggestions, and locating merchandise; handles inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy; maintains and replenishes the sales floor; and processes transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems. The role also promotes the MINISO Membership Program and follows store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
- Strong verbal communication skills for clear and effective customer interactions.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
- Adherence to store policies and procedures.
- Professional and respectful demeanor with customers and colleagues.
- Reliability demonstrated through consistent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, engaging shopping experience.
- Answer product questions, make suggestions, and help customers locate merchandise.
- Process customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Replenish inventory, restock shelves, and ensure product availability.
- Support visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards.
- Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately and prevent errors.
- Promote and enroll customers in the MINISO Membership Program.
- Use POS systems to apply promotions and check inventory as needed.
- Follow store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Support team members and management with additional assigned tasks.
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and collaborative attitude.
- Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
