About The Position

Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. They create an authentic, fun, and energetic experience for customers while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. The role involves meeting sales targets, building lasting customer relationships, recommending eyewear based on customers’ lifestyles and preferences, and providing attentive service. Associates receive hands-on training, work collaboratively with their team and leadership, help maintain a clean and appealing store, and contribute to an inclusive and respectful environment.
