About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, maintains store presentation, and supports daily sales operations during peak seasons. The role helps create an enjoyable and efficient shopping experience for MINISO USA customers while supporting store goals and visual merchandising standards. This position is part-time and seasonal, with a flexible schedule that may include weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, engaging shopping experience.
Answer product questions, suggest products, and help customers locate merchandise.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy.
Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Replenish inventory, restock shelves, and ensure products are available.
Support visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards.
Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
Process cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately.
Promote and enroll customers in the MINISO Membership Program.
Use POS systems to apply promotions and check inventory as needed.
Follow store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Support team members and management with additional assigned tasks.
Maintain a professional, respectful, and collaborative attitude.
Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality.
