About The Position

Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. They create an authentic, fun, and energetic experience for customers while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. The role involves meeting sales targets, building customer relationships, offering tailored eyewear advice, learning through hands-on training, collaborating with teammates and leadership, and maintaining an organized, appealing store. Associates also help foster an inclusive and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.

Requirements
