About The Position

The Part-Time Sales Associate drives sales efforts and customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and using effective selling techniques. The role performs daily store functions, including product merchandising and sales, customer relations, and store maintenance. Customer service, sales, and teamwork are central to the position.

The associate helps customers select appropriate merchandise, supports shipments and restocking, follows visual standards, and helps keep the sales floor organized and orderly. They are expected to maintain a positive, energetic, and enthusiastic approach, comply with company policies, participate in service training and product programs, and help prevent employee and customer theft. Other duties may be assigned.

This role requires the ability to communicate effectively in English, basic fashion and trend knowledge, and a customer-focused approach. Retail or customer service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred but not required. The position involves standing for extended periods and lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds. Associates must be able to work extended hours during critical project phases in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have reliable transportation.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English to communicate effectively with management, customers, and other employees.
• Basic fashion and style trend knowledge and a desire to work with customers in a retail setting.
• Problem-solving, analytical, detail-orientation, flexibility, communication, and interpersonal skills to support customer service, inventory control, merchandise transport, and store maintenance.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find appropriate merchandise by applying basic fashion and trend knowledge, providing customer service, and building relationships.
• Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Present a positive, energetic, outgoing, and enthusiastic impression to customers.
• Comply with company policies and participate in service training and product programs.
• Follow visual standards, complete daily restocking, and maintain adequate size runs according to visual directions.
• Help prevent employee and customer theft.
• Maintain a neat and orderly sales environment and keep the store organized as directed by store management.
