As a Sales Associate supporting our Tri-County Community Sales in BAYADA at Inspira partnership, you will help connect individuals and families with the home health services they need while supporting strong relationships with our hospital and internal care teams. This is a new opportunity created to support growth and increasing referral volume within the Inspira joint venture. The primary focus of the role is managing pending referrals and helping convert referral opportunities into care for patients in the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Comfort navigating and working within multiple EMR systems.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Results-driven, with a sales-oriented mindset.
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, well-spoken professional who is comfortable taking ownership and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Manage the hospital’s pending referral list and referral-conversion activity.
• Monitor referral opportunities and complete timely, consistent follow-up.
• Partner closely with hospital contacts and BAYADA’s Intake team to move referrals forward.
• Work across multiple electronic medical record (EMR) systems and maintain accurate information.
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
• Stay organized and results-focused while independently managing priorities.
• Support local office collaboration and travel throughout the territory as needed.
• Take ownership of referral opportunities and help ensure patients receive an appropriate and timely next step in care.
