About The Position

We are a family-owned and locally operated home care company serving families in Honolulu. We are growing and looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to help expand our client base and referral network. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven salesperson who wants uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of local families.

Requirements

Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, networking, and face-to-face sales.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Professional and personable.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Nice To Haves

Sales, marketing, business development, healthcare, home care, senior care, or related experience preferred.
Knowledge of the Honolulu healthcare or senior-care community is a plus.

Responsibilities

Generate new home care clients through sales, networking, community outreach, and referral development.
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, senior living communities, physicians, social workers, case managers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals.
Develop new referral sources and consistently follow up on leads.
Make in-person sales and marketing visits throughout Honolulu.
Attend networking events, community events, senior expos, and healthcare events.
Educate families and referral partners about our home care services.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet monthly growth goals.
Work with our care team to turn referrals into new clients.
Represent our family-owned company professionally throughout the community.
