About The Position

This role is for a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at the Orlando International Premium Outlets location. The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging customers. This role is designed to fit your lifestyle, supporting store operations and delivering fan experiences during peak hours, which include evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods. You will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, giving a voice to their loves. A job assessment will be emailed upon application submittal.
Requirements
- Results-oriented seller.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
- At least 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Timely arrival to work.
Nice To Haves
- A flexible schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
