About The Position

This role is for a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at the Old Orchard location. The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging customers. This role fits your lifestyle, allowing you to support store operations and deliver incredible fan experiences during peak hours, which include evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods like promotions or product launches. You will share product knowledge, inspire customers to style their jewellery, and create unforgettable shopping moments.

Requirements

Results-oriented seller.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
At least 18 years of age.
Proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Timely arrival to work.
Work approximately 4 hours per month during slower periods to 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
