The primary function of this role is assisting patients of Optical Outlets while supporting the Doctor and Office Manager. This role involves providing unsurpassed customer service, assisting with merchandise selection, fitting frames, dispensing eyewear, and solving visual problems for customers. The Sales Associate will manage customer transactions, serve as a center of excellence for patient satisfaction, and assist other retail associates with complex customer needs. They will also handle tasks such as taking measurements, adjusting eyewear, and informing the Office Manager of any noted office problems. All tasks assigned by the Office Manager must be performed.
