About The Position

This role ensures hospitality for all store guests by ensuring timely guest transactions, facilities/store cleanliness, and implementation of Yesway standards. The Sales Associate will resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner, and ensure the proper placement, pricing, and stocking of merchandise in the store. They will process sales transactions using appropriate equipment, prepare cooked foods as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, and maintain shelves, counters, floors, glass, and equipment following the store maintenance schedule. Responsibilities also include stocking shelves with merchandise, blocking shelves, bagging ice, and maintaining soft drink bags-in-box. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.
