About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers a positive customer experience through excellent service, relationship-building, merchandise assistance, product recommendations, and transaction processing. The role supports sales and store key metrics, maintains merchandise presentations, and works with store operations teams to meet store objectives. The Sales Associate promotes a friendly store environment that encourages customer loyalty and satisfaction. This is an hourly, full-time position.

Ability to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.
Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.

Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through recovery and stock replenishment.
Use training tools and feedback to improve product knowledge, selling skills, and performance.
Stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events to provide accurate customer information.
Contribute to a positive store culture by connecting with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating achievements.
Support store operations, including fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, product placement, and other assigned tasks.
Follow asset protection, safety, and security procedures to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction.
