About The Position

Aaron’s Sales Associates engage directly with customers on the showroom floor, help them find products that meet their needs, and contribute to a positive sales environment. The role also includes helping clean, organize, and move merchandise, as well as performing clerical work such as creating and maintaining customer files. The work can be physically demanding; training and tools are provided to help team members perform safely. The stated pay range is $17.00 to $18.25 per hour, with eligibility for performance-based incentive pay. Benefits vary by full-time and part-time status. The position requires availability for a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; locations are open six days per week, with Sunday off plus one additional day off during the week.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance from appropriate equipment and/or another associate.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Team-oriented approach with a focus on shared goals.
Desire to make a positive difference for customers.

Nice To Haves
