About The Position

Clarks is hiring Seasonal Part Time Sales Associates to join its retail team. Sales Associates support store sales, provide customer service, organize merchandise and back stock, maintain store presentation, and contribute to a comfortable environment for colleagues. Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Upsell customers, when appropriate, on multiple pairs and accessories.
• Represent the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
