Part Time Flex Sales Associate
About The Position
The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s Deptford Mall store delivers a world-class shopping experience, exceeds sales goals, and engages customers (“fans”) through product knowledge and jewellery styling. This flexible role provides additional support during peak hours and high-traffic periods, including evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches, special events, and other times when store coverage is needed. Work hours may vary with business needs, from approximately 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons, and may include periods with few or no scheduled hours. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Demonstrate results-oriented selling ability.
- Have effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Be available for a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays, with hours varying according to business needs.
- Be able to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
