About The Position
Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience while helping customers find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, learn about their needs, and recommend eyewear suited to customers’ lifestyles and preferences. Associates receive hands-on training and collaborate with experienced professionals, teammates, and store leadership to deliver service and contribute to a positive store environment. They also help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, and foster an inclusive and respectful experience for customers and colleagues. Sunglass Hut is part of EssilorLuxottica, a global eyewear and vision-care company. This is a seasonal/temporary position. The listed pay range is 16.90–20.68; pay depends on factors including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum-wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may also be offered. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
