About The Position

Club Pilates is the largest boutique Pilates brand in the world, delivering millions of workouts each year and helping people live stronger, healthier lives. We stay true to Joseph Pilates' original Reformer-based Contrology Method while modernizing the experience with group classes, premium equipment, and a community that keeps members coming back. Our sales team is how those lives walk through the door. This is a true sales role, not a receptionist position. You are the first impression of the studio, responsible for generating leads, booking appointments, delivering tours, and converting prospects into long-term members. You'll be measured on performance, coached to improve, and rewarded when you deliver.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and sales skills and a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Dependable — your team and your members count on you.
  • Comfortable talking to people one-on-one and in small groups.
  • Handle a fast-paced shift with professionalism and energy.
  • Coachable — you want feedback and you actually use it.
  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation required.

Nice To Haves

  • Fitness experience is helpful — but strong sales instincts and dependability matter more.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the full sales cycle — lead follow-up, studio tour, close — using a conversation-first approach that feels natural, not pushy.
  • Conduct discovery conversations that uncover what a prospect is actually looking for, then show them exactly how Club Pilates gets them there.
  • Sell memberships, private training, teacher training, and retail products.
  • Hit your monthly targets and track your own metrics — you'll always know where you stand.
  • Get out in the community — we participate in local events, farmers markets, health fairs, business partnerships, and neighborhood activations.
  • Support current members with the kind of service that makes them stay and refer their friends.
  • Use ClubReady to manage your pipeline, log activity, and stay on top of your lead queue.
  • Grow — through regular coaching, feedback, and real opportunities to move into senior sales or management.
