About The Position

With over 200 points of sale globally, the company is focused on redefining bold standards in retail. The Sales Associate role is on-site in Sarasota UTC and reports to the Store Manager. This position is responsible for ensuring a consistently high customer experience within the store, adhering to Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
- Naturally competitive with an outgoing and fun personality.
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
- Capacity to work collaboratively with all other Psycho Bunny team members to achieve goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Develop a full understanding of computer systems for transactions, merchandise transfers, and order fulfillment.
- Protect store assets and inventory through awareness of loss prevention procedures and reporting violations.
- Employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term customer relationships with a focus on sales.
- Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customer contact information.
- Assist with other duties as required by store management.
