This role is responsible for maintaining a high standard of the overall look and feel of the store, including cleanliness and recovery standards, to deliver on Brand Promises. The Team Member will provide friendly customer service, assist customers with shopping, and help them find items. Key duties involve collecting and disposing of trash, dusting and damp mopping floors, moving equipment and products for proper cleaning, and deep cleaning high-traffic areas such as bathrooms, breakrooms, and entryways to ensure a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff. The position also requires maintaining cleaning equipment, notifying supervisors of supply needs, taking initiative to clean areas, and completing all assigned tasks in accordance with federal, state, and county guidelines. Additionally, the role involves maintaining positive interactions with team members and customers, projecting a positive image, and potentially assisting with checkout, cash handling, customer loyalty programs (Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards), omnichannel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store), truck unloading, stocking, planogram execution, and supporting shrink and safety programs while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and Company policies.
