Responsibilities

  • Help customers through the full vehicle-buying process, from first contact to delivery.
  • Build relationships with new, repeat, and referral clients.
  • Help customers select the right vehicle.
  • Provide a professional, consultative sales experience.
  • Follow up with leads, appointments, sold clients, and long-term prospects.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge.
  • Work with management, finance, service, and BDC teams.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and confidence.
