About The Position

WHBM is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to provide a welcoming, customer-centered experience that reflects the brand’s culture of hospitality. The role involves building genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service. The associate contributes to store performance and operations while helping maintain a visually inspiring environment that reflects brand standards. This is a temporary, part-time position at the Clay Terrace store in Carmel, Indiana.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
