About The Position

As a Seasonal Sales Associate at Crocs, Inc., you help create memorable consumer experiences during the busiest times of the year. You share product and brand information, support in-store promotions, contribute to team goals, and work across store departments to provide a seamless shopping experience. The role offers an opportunity to learn and work alongside a passionate retail team.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours; regular attendance and punctuality are essential.
• A team-first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment between the backroom and sales floor.
• Ability to place and arrange items on shelves and racks.
• Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandise.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance.
• Ability to remain on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift and continuously move around the store.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a duration of time.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, reports, and information on computer or register screens, and to input information into a computer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Support a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, and demonstrating Crocs, Inc. core values.
• Assist across store departments, including point-of-sale system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
• Stay informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and share relevant knowledge with consumers as a brand ambassador.
• Follow Crocs policies, including asset protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
