About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Soma, you are the welcoming face of a customer-centered store environment grounded in hospitality. You help customers feel empowered by building genuine connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service. You also support store performance and operations through sales goals, merchandising, inventory replenishment, organization, and maintaining brand standards. This is a regular, part-time position at Store 5297, The Shops at La Cantera, in San Antonio, Texas.

Requirements

• Passion for the Soma brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
